With 20 years of experience, Kimberly Coogan is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) specializing in sports massage, injury rehabilitation, chronic pain relief, and performance optimization. Her passion for massage therapy began at age 17 when a skilled practitioner helped relieve her back pain in just two sessions—an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in therapeutic bodywork.
Kimberly has worked with a diverse range of athletes, including NFL players, powerlifters, triathletes, bodybuilders, martial artists, hockey players, and track and field competitors. Her expertise lies in sports injury prevention, muscle recovery, and functional movement therapy, helping both professional and recreational athletes improve mobility, reduce pain, and perform at their peak.
